1Originally there were 14 suspected human trafficking cases sent to the Public Prosecutions Office by the police, in which one case was convicted by court as procuring prostitution and assisting smuggling. In addition, there were 1 cases filed as TIP and 1 TIP case was being charged into 2 individual cases by the Public Prosecutions Office(In which 1 case was found not quilty). As a result, the number of human trafficking crimes is 14.

1Originally there were 5 suspected human trafficking cases sent to the Public Prosecutions Office by the police. However, 1 case was accused by the Public Prosecutions Office as procuring prostitution, and 2 cases were filed by the Public Prosecutions Office as procuring prostitution, which were tried at court and the penalty is 3 years 6 months, 2 years and 3 years imprisonment respectively. In addition, there were 3 cases filed as TIP by the Public Prosecutions Office. As a result, the number of human trafficking crimes is 5.

However, 2 cases were filed by the Public Prosecutions Office as procuring prostitution, and 3 case was convicted by court as procuring prostitution(the penalty is 6 years 3 months, 1 years 3 months and 5 years imprisonment respectively). In addition, there were 4 cases filed as TIP by the Public Prosecutions Office(1 case was filed in 2009), in which 1 case was then accused as procuring prostitution. As a result, the number of human trafficking crimes is 14.
