Bali Process SOM - situation of human trafficking in the region
24-02-2009 ~ 25-02-2009

On 24-25th February 2009, the Bali Process Conference, co-organized by the Australian Government and Indonesian Government, was held in Brisbane. Over 40 government organizations and NGOs attended the Conference, the purpose of which was to explore the situation of human trafficking in the Asian Pacific region and strengthen policy and operation cooperation among the countries in the region. Many governmantal and NGOs delegates spoke at the Conference about human trafficking. The Macao SAR has sent a delegation to take part in the Conference and to share views on the situation of fighting human trafficking in Macao with other delegates.
