Seminar on Rights and Obligations in Labour Relation Session for Philippine Workers

In order to enhance the understanding of labour relation and human trafficking crime among Philippine workers, the Labour Affairs Bureau, held the “Seminar on Rights and Obligations in Labour Relation” on May 22, 2016, upon the invitation by the Consulate of the Philippines. Contents related to the stipulations in various labour relation laws, as well as topics regarding labour exploitation in the «Combat the Crime of Trafficking in Persons» were introduced through explanatory and Q & A sessions. It was attended by around 180 foreign workers during which they actively raised related questions. Pamphlets were distributed to them at the scene and they were shown proper ways to seek assistance.
