Seminar on Rights and Obligations in Labour Relation - Session for Employment Agencies

On November 9, 2015, the Labour Affairs Bureau held a seminar regarding the rights and obligations in labour relation for employment agencies personnel. It was aimed to enrich the knowledge in relation to the stipulations about labour exploitation in the «Labour Relations Law», «Law for the Employment of Non-resident Workers», «The Employment Agency Licensing Regime» «The Labour Debt Protection Regime» and «Combat the Crime of Trafficking in Persons». The seminar was attended by more than 110 individuals from different employment agencies and citizens. They actively raised related questions during the occasion which were responded accordingly by staff of the DSAL. Pamphlets of the abovementioned laws were also distributed to them at the scene.
