Meeting representatives of the Women Affairs Consultative Committee - introducing the Committee's works and exchanging views

On 22nd April 2008 the "Human Trafficking Deterrent Measures Concern Committee" (CAMDTP) and the Women's Commission met at the Office of the Secretary for Security. At the meeting, the purpose of the setting up of the CAMDTP, its terms of reference, works on preventing and combating human trafficking, and works on protection of victims were introduced. The two parties exchanged views on related issues and suggested to strengthen communication and to join hands to fight against human trafficking.
