“The Study of Human Trafficking Convictions – Theory and Practice”

In September 2011, The Human Trafficking Deterrent Measures Concern Committee commissioned "Associação de Estudo de Direito Criminal de Macau(Criminal Law Research Association) " to conduct a study on human trafficking crimes conviction. The Association completed the
“The Study of Human Trafficking Convictions – Theory and Practice” in December 2011. The Study elaborated the purpose, the means and the behavior of human trafficking crimes in subjective and objective aspects. In addition, the Study also analyzed the conviction of trafficking of minors, concurrence of trafficking with other crimes, as well as a number of specific cases occurred in Macao.
“The Study of Human Trafficking Convictions – Theory and Practice” was published in September 2014 by the Legal and Judicial Training Centre and Human Trafficking Deterrent Measures Concern Committee.
