"Rights and Obligations of Labor Relations" Seminar – Catering Business Session

On March 27, 2014, the Labour Affairs Bureau, the Legal Affairs Bureau, the Human Resources Office and the Public Security Police organized the "Rights and Obligations of Labor Relations Seminar – Catering Business Session”. The targeted audience of this seminar was representatives from the catering business, aiming to explain to them related labour laws and their rights.
Contents of the seminar include the "Labor Relations Act," "Law for Employment of Non-resident Workers” and topics about forced labor in Law No.6/2008 "Combating the Crime of Human Trafficking”. There was also a Q&A session for the audience. Nearly 80 audiences attended the seminar, and pamphlets were distributed to participants
